I'm experiencing issues interacting with buttons in the sequence panel.

I would like to describe my issue, and I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed it before...
When I'm recording the sequences and movement steps of my lighting fixtures, in previous versions I could hold down the increase or decrease button for the time between "crossfade" and "duration." Now, it's necessary to click repeatedly until reaching the desired time...
I understand this is a minor detail, but it's very tiring. It would be ideal to be able to directly input the time in SECONDS and milliseconds, or, if possible, to hold down the button so that the time selection process increases or decreases automatically without so many clicks.
Can anyone help me with this?
