Hello. I have been trying for a long time to figure out what the sound to light option is for (see picture). Basically, it doesn't do anything.

there is a Sound to Light plugin. When the box is checked it allows the fixture to use the plugin. the S2L plugin can be accessed at the top of the program, the icon with the yellow bars

No matter what I do, I will not make any changes if I check the box. Can you try and describe what the checkbox does?

you have to have the sound2light plugin active, it will then allow options to trigger light movements to the beat

It seems to me that either the S2L Plugin is not running or the FreeStyler config isn't properly set to do something with the beat triggers that S2L is sending to FS.

So keep in mind that S2L and FreeStyler looks different than noted there, but the basics of usage where kept the same, so with that docs you should be able to get things running.

Remco_k fyi everyone has access to edit wiki if you have time perhaps you could update it? I know Jan_k is going to be doing some updates soon..

I would love to, but I simply don't have the time to do that in a good way (Installing newest FS, config it, creating screenshots, writing proper docs), unfortunately. So I'll hand that work over to someone else.
