fixture file for Moving Head named Intellaspot XT-1 of company High End Systems is not in the list unfortunately.

manual is on
https://www.highend.com/documentation/I ... Manual.pdf

DMX protocol is on p.42

screenshot in attach

39channels
2 gobo's , and each gobo seven lithopatterns

An intellaspot fixture has two Gobo wheels each with seven rotating lithopatterns™ and effects plus an optional lithopattern for position four on Gobo wheel 1. Each Gobo wheel uses Gobo Function and Gobo Position parameters to control the positioning and rotation of the wheels. Gobo Rotate Function and Gobo Rotate parameters control the individual aperture position and rotation on each wheel.

i tried to make a fxt file with fixture creator without gobo, see screenshot in attach, but as i don't know the difference between Focus Function (DMX 28) and Focus (DMX 29 and DMX30), it would be very nice if someone want to review it and/or give me feedback.

the Beast is totally not under control at this moment, i can't even show a green or a red light when i want...

Hej.

The information in the manual is not to good.
The DMX values are missing in the DMX table.

Channel 34 is a behavior of the shutter channel. For a start you don't need to set that one.

Shutter ch. and Strobe ch. are both to be 35 if I read the text bellow the DMX table correct.
But the values to enter is missing.
I think that I would try with "Open" = 255, "Closeed" = 0
And "Low" = 10, "high" = 250. These two values you may need to fit.

And you need to set "Intensity channel" to 36. no additional values.

I can not see how you strike the lamp.

And when you test the fixture you need to set the intensity as well as the open the shutter to get any light out.

if i understood it right , i made the changes and you can see it in the screenshot:

unfortunately i cannot add the fxt file

although, i do not get any light out of it (controller is ok in settings of Freestyler, and DMX is the right channel 1 on fixture) , i am missing some basic setting and/or i did not understand what you are exactly meaning with
"I can not see how you strike the lamp."

I mean how you turn on the bulb.

And you you can't upload fxt files only pff so you need to export the file to pff.

One way to debug the fixture can be to use the sliders in right side of FS. There you can manually operate the channels one by one and see what works and what doesn't.

sliders on right side in FS is handy , tnx for this too

pan/tilt ok
lights on/off not ok, even when testing with all sliders manually on right side

sometimes i see some light appearing for 0,5seconds, but it is uncontrolled
lamp is not broken, that's sure.

If I look at the DMX table
Then 34 = 0, 35 = 255 and 36 = 255 should do the trick.

And 39 = 80 should turn on the lamp.

Okay.
You are up running.

I can see that you have a long way as this is a bit complex fixture.
There are a lot of combination possibilities in general which gives new ranges and functionality for the sliders.
Even the shutter on channel 34 and 35 change functionality.

Looking forward to see the result.
