Contact the seller and see if you can get a copy (PDF preferred) of the user manual or a link to a list of the DMX channel functions. With that we can help you.

If that is not successful then you will need to experiment and find out the function of each of the 9 or 11 channels (depending on how you configure the instrument).

Find or create just a generic 11 or more channel fixture. Add it to Freestyler, making sure the fixture and your instrument are addressed correctly.

Using the standard Freestyler sliders, experiment with your instrument until you determine the function of each channel. Being a moving head with gobos and color LEDs I would expect to find Pan, Pan fine, Tilt, Tilt fine, Red, Green, Blue, perhaps White and/or UV, strobe, Master Dimmer, gobo selection and perhaps a channel to control built in chases.

If there is a master dimmer then at least 2 channels will need to be non 0 or the instrument will remain dimmed out.

Good luck.

Attached is a fixture file for your instrument for the 11 channel mode (be sure to physically configure your instrument to DMX control with 11 channels)

If you can determine DMX values for the various colors I will update the fixture file with a color wheel.
If you can determine DMX values for the various GOBOs I will update the fixture file with a GOBO wheel.

The following helpful programming windows are available (click Window - ALL)
Custom Sliders
Lamp
Macros
Pan/Tilt

Please test and provide feedback

I have a bunch of 11 channel U King 30 Watt mini LED spot moving head lights. The file provided does not seem to cover all the dmx controls, also, im not sure how to load the file into freestyler as this the first time i ever used it. Any advice on how to import this file into system? Thanks! Here i have provided a link to the DMX addresses in case this helps. Thanks!

In order to create a better Freestyler fixture I need the values for the color wheel, the gobos, shutter, chase and curve. While the Cree fixture I created should control your instrument using the standard Freestyler sliders it does not have, due to lack of information, all of the helpful windows and settings.

If you provide the DMX values I can create a more useful fixture for you.

Assuming you have Freestyler installed:
Download the fixture file
Double click on the file
This should run the Fixture Creator and install the fixture into the Freestyler libraries. From there, in Freestyler, you use Setup Add/Remove fixtures to add the fixture to the Freestyler work space. Make sure the address of the instrument and the starting address of the fixture match and that the instrument is configured for 11 channels if there are other options.
