These versions are not available on the site, A user may have these available for you.
Backups are not forward compatible. The new version will not allow you to restore from a previous version at all.

If you install over the top, usually your cues will remain. I think in your circumstance that your cues are not compatible with the new release as there has been some large changes in the file system.
