Hello ! Please help me. The fixture Phantom 65 led doesn't work on my freestyler. the error is: "Path not found... Showtec Phantom 65_gobo1.bmp"

I do not know why the gobos were not placed correctly when you unpacked the fixture.

Attached is a zip file with the gobo .bmp images.

Unzip the file. The gobo .bmp images must be placed in this path:
Freestyler\Gobos\Showtec\Phantom_65

i have problem width this Fixture. All work fine but i have only Strobo Light. When i open the shutter i cant take normal light. Can somebody Helb me. Sorry for my bad english.

Same problem here. The Shutter/Dimmer is always off. Output-Source shows the right value at the Shutter/Dimmer Channel but the MovingHead can only the Strobe.

The data sheet is a bit unclear on the strobe channel. "Open / Closed"
