That picture is no good to us. We can't read anything from it, so I'd suggest finding the manual online and posting a link to it instead. Then we should be able to help.

Test

It looks like the forum still reduces resolution on images uploaded.
That may be the reason for the poor image.

After you select the instrument in Freestyler click on Window -> All (top menu item).
You should see the following windows open( you may need to move them around in order to see all of them):
Beam
Lamp
Pan/Tilt
Custom Sliders
