Fun Gen LED 12 RGBW 8chan.pff
This is my attempt at the 8 channel fixture configuration.
In your post with the DMX channel values a value of 0 for Channel 6 is listed as Black Out. I hope that really does NOT mean black out in that the fixture lamps are turned off but rather that the values in channels 1 thru 5 control the fixture lamps.
Once you import the fixture file and add the fixture to Freestyler select it and click on Window and then click All. In addition to the sliders window on the upper right of your display screen you should see 4 windows: Lamp, Custom Sliders, Colors, Macros.
Keeping in mind the above black out comment you will see a black box as the first macro. This macro will set channel 6 to 0 which, hopefully, sets the instrument to be controlled by channels 1 thru 5 and 8.
In the Macros window the macros in black boxes with the numbers 1, 2, 3 ... 13 select the programs built into the instrument. The Custom Slider
Speed for Programs will then control the program speed.
Again in the Macros window, the Sound Mode macro will set the instrument to react to sound and the Custom Slider
Intensity Sound to Light will control this function.
Now take a look at the Colors window. There are two tabs; (1) Fixed colors and (2) CMY - RGB.
In the Macros window click on the black box (the first macro). In the Colors window click on the CMY-RGB tab. This should allow you to use the Dimmer channel and the Red, Green, Blue, and White lamps via the color mixture pallet and sliders in the Colors window. Note that in the Colors Window the white channel is controlled by the CTO slider - the mixture pallet does not change this channel. In the Slider window in the upper right of Freestyler the white channel is labeled Amber.
In the Macros window if you click on the rainbow macro this will disable channels 2 thru 5 and enable the fixed color selection in channel 7. In the Colors window click on the first tab (Fixed colors). Clicking on one of the color blocks will cause the instrument to display the predefined color.
NOTE - The colors in Fixed Colors block are the best I could match to the values listed in your post. The ones with the white channel set to 0 are only a guess on my part as the color pallet assumes amber, not white. I could be, and probably am, way off.
Sorry for the long post but this is an interesting fixture with quite a mixture of function.
When you have the time please test your instrument with this fixture and let me know how it works. I am willing to make changes if needed.
Good luck and have fun.
