Hello there,
I tested your fixture, it does not work.
I test in 3 channels configuration:
- There are only the pod 6 that glows
- On / Off lamp is not working
- The strobe is not working
- Same thing for automatics program
Any idea? thank you

If only one of the pod is glowing then I sounds like your light is running in 20 channel mode and not 3 channel mode.
You are to set that in your fixture. There is a menu point where it can be set to 3 or 20 channel mode.
The "Open / Closed" button are not suppose to be shown in the panel as no values are on these.
It is an error or the way FreeStyler lamp panel is created so it don't work.
You could place channel 1 on the shutter channel and then give closed the value "0" and open the value "12". Then at least something happens when you press the buttons.
