Setting time

Hello guys!
I recently downloaded Freestyler and i want to use it to control 1RGB LED light using a USB pro (Enttec). What i want to do is to set the timer to almost 30ms to open and close automatically (where is the time controlled?) .Is this possible to set it in this small scale?..
