FS for iPAD.... is it available and does it support EV3D

Hi All,

I have searched the forums and think this might be available but the threads do not cover the info I need succicntly so apologies for perhaps posting a repeated request.

I have just purchased an iPAD and am looking to use it while working away for working on my shows. I currently use a laptop to run FS and EV3D but the iPAD would be far more convenient.

The download page states the downloads are available for most windows versions so my first question is what do I download and use for FS.

My second question ..... can I use EV3D on an iPAD and how do I do it.

As usual I am really grateful for any help in advance.

Hi Mac,
Freestyler & EV£D are both windows products (Mac with emulation) and unfortunately do not support Ipad, there is however a remote designed to work with IPAD to control Freestyler.

There is no method to create shows, sequences etc on your ipad and upload them to FS at a latter date, although that would be great.

You could try using Touch OSC for the control aspect of FS.
You can really use M3dEV on the iPad unless you are using Air display and set the ipad up as a second monitor. I used to do this when I wanted to control the cue list remotely.

Hello Uriah...
iPad apps are all found on the Apple app store through iTunes. Here is a link to the FreeStyler remote on the app store website: https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/id417748124?mt=8
You download and install it on your iPad using the iTunes software, or directly through the iPad using the "App Store" app. (This one is not free, by the way.)
