hello all who read. i am currently new to the programme and the whole dmx process. i am currently trying to hook up my casa - ctl-dcm laser to the programme with very little luck. i have found a .ssl file that someone has made already to use with other programmes but am unsure of how to get it working with freestyler and have also tried creating a custom fixture programme but this has gone with no success.
any help or advice would be hugely appreciated!
regards
retroloving!

Do you have the dmx values for each channel?

(this is what i found before)
Here with the Control Parameter Chart Please:
Channel - function - Value = Description
Ch1 -Mode Value 0~49 = Close, Laser OFF
50~99 = Sound active mode
100~149 = Auto mode
150~199 = static patterns of DMX mode
200~255 = Dynamic patterns of DMX mode
CH2 - Pattern Selection 0-255 = 52static/dynamic pattern
CH3 - Position-X - 0~255 = Adjust position X
CH4 - Position Y - 0~255 = Adjust position Y
CH5 - Scanning Speed - 0~255 = 0 is speedy, 255 is slow
CH6 - Dynamic Patterns play speed - 0~255 = 0 is speedy, 255 is slow, has ten grade speed
CH7 - Static Pattern size - 0~255 = 0 is small, 255 is big
I hope this helps.

I just had a fast look on the dmx table.
It is not that complex.
Export the fixture you have tried to create and upload it here.
Then I will guide you.
