Cheap LED Par?

What is the cheapest Tri LED Par that isn't a piece of junk?
Where are you? Country?
We use the Tricolor LED pars from Showtech / Prolight. I think they are around $350 AUD.
We have been using them for almost 2 years. When we bought them they were about $800 AUD.
I would recommend these. Three in one color LED chips are better than the 108 1 watt LED types that use one color LEDs. That is my personal opinion anyways.
You can by the same lights from China cheap. I believe the parts are fine but you will need to take apart when you get them to makesure theere are no 'Loose'parts in side that may come loose during transit.
