good night at all,

sorry I'm certainly the first one to ask you this. I just received my BCF 2000. before I was using freestyler with an external keyboard.

but how or where is the explanation about how to upload the syx file to the BCF 2000.

and later on how to fix each value "pan, tilt, ficture button etc...." to faders or butons on the BCF 2000.

sorry once again for boring you for the 20th times

fred

you can find everything on the Freestyler wiki
http://www.freestylersupport.com/wiki/external_control here you can find how the midi controll works.
With a Example for the BCF2000.

if you used BC_edit to upload your .SYX
then you right because BC_edit cant do this you need BC manager to do this.

oke yes.

you have 2 screens on calls BC manager an the other B-Controls

Now Go to the BC manager window en press Options -> Midi devices.
Now Enable the BCF2000 on the input and output.
Now on the same window again go to Options -> B-controls Detect .
now its going to search for all the b-controls and if thats finished, Offline will change to Online.

there's a Copy and paste button on the software.

so Copy Preset 0 to Preset 1 and then Send the midi data.

super, now I have Freestyler V1 on the row 1 and all others rows are empty, is it right ?

but now freestyler do not take in count any movment of faers etc,,,, excepted if I choose P-1 on the BCF 2000, is it right ?

that means from now I can start to configure my BCF2000 as I want ?

thx again Spirit

Yes this is right because the BCF2000 can Store 32+0 Fader/Button layouts ( PRESET )
only 0 is a temporarily preset if you restart the Bcf he will forget Preset 0

Yes you can do what you like, only your able to use one Midichannel of 127+0 Note's

and on the "B-Control 3 (BCF2000): preset" window you see the Rows from 0 TO 32
these are Preset 0 to 32

oke but the BCF2000 have nothing to do with lighting :?

Its a midi controler and it works on the MIDI portocol.
and on the wiki you can see how to config a Fader to a FS function.
