I have problems with the DMX 400. I have already read the manual 10 times but i can't find the failure.
I can't add a PAR56 in the DMX400 (Rightclick Use in DMX400) Freestyler says: This fixture hasn't got an intensity channel an is not an RGB fixture.

So please help me :(

:fs:

regards Jan

Hi Jan,
it does look like the PAR56s don't have intensity channels, and there isn't the option to give them one when you open them in the fixture creator. As a quick fix you could swap the PAR56s in freestyler with PAR64s as they work.

I don't mean to interrupt this thread but i am also having a problem with DMX400.

Using a AMDJ DMX Dimmer pack (4ch) all works great when just dimming but when using static or sound chase it does not work. What should I try to get it to work?

Go to the Fixturer Downloads, and download the PIN SPOT fixture, Then add it 4 times for your 4 channel dimmer pack. Now use DMX400

Matt, Thanks! I did get it to work but it only will work for fixtures 2-4 and totally skips channel 1. I tried several different configs and no luck. I had it working perfectly a few years ago. Hmmmmm? What now?

Matt, Never mind. I figured it out. In the fixture list, when adding fixtures drop down 1 line then start adding fixtures.
