Is anyone having issues with there Enttec Open DMX adapter? It not working after 45 Minutes...

nope not had this issue. had it running for 6 hours the other weekend or more and didnt have a problem, incase its per operating system i'm on vista

You may want to try Updateing your driver with this one -> http://enttec.com/dmx_usb/d2xx_setup.exe

am i missing something here...I haven't a clue whats going on, whos Adam? Whys Matt answering his own question??
Oh the humanity lol.

Whats the problem? Enttec open no longer responds after 45mins?
Is it allways 45mins a random time? on the hour etc?
The enntec suffers from noise usually caused by smoke machines, does your smoke machine have a 45 minute timer?
Dmx lines properly terminated?
Dmx lines away from power source?
Usb cable good quality well shielded and away from power lines?
Quality DMX cables used not microphone cables?
Are cables in good condition? No floating earths?

Iv run for hours with no problems after i sorted the problems mentioned above.

No that was just a rough guess...

I very much doubt it was that due to it not having a problem any other time!

only one device on line and i think it might be self terminating although ive never had a problem with not terminating stuff

never done me any harm considering i used it on about a 700 capacity room with plenty of lights

Id rather not answer that bit as theres one shitr bit in my line and thats not the cable!

got the latest... im just going to get pro i think even tho my use doesnt justify it!
