The changes you make to a scene ie change a gobo colour will be saved to all scenes in that cue.
values previously set will not be transfered to all scene, only new ones. so if its a new scene, all your values will be duplicated across the cue, but if you go back to say the first scene because you forgot to open a shutter for a fixture, open the shutter click save to all and every scene will now have the shutter open.
