Problem when I'm creating scenes

I have freestyler 3.01 and I can't create scenes. I go to create sequence icon and add one scene and it appears on the cue list but when I click on it the lights don't do the command. Any suggestions?

When you create a sequence make sure that the parameter you want to control is on snap or fade.
Example - Set the lamp to 'Snap', Movement 'Fade' etc. If these are in 'Off' mode then it will record the values to those channels but there will be no payback to see.

Everything is set to snap. And it still does nothing.
