Hi and welcome to Freestyler.

At this stage of your learning of FS I am gonna suggest that you make the effort to build the profile yourself. Its worth it in the long run.
Open up the fixture creator program. (found in the freestyler folder from your start button).
To then get an idea as to what to do, load a premade profile and look at how its done. Its not hard and Im sure you will get it quite quickly.
If you then get stuck, upload the file you have started and someone will help you with it.

Cheers and good luck!

upload your fixture file so we can see whats wrong..

by the way: You cant count on the magic 3d easy wiewer has the right setting for your light,, you have to check that in the ScanLibrary program

Are you trying to use an FS fixture profile in the 3d Vis?
If so, this is never going to work ! You need to use the Magic 3d fixture creator (which is harder to use than FS FC). So infact you would need to make 2 profiles.

Can you post the spec of the PC you are using. Might be that you dont have enough processor muscle to run the vis.
