I have trouble with the 10 first dmx, when I put on dmx 1 it just light for some sec.
But if I put on light on dmx 11 den the light stays on.
Is it something in the settings that I can fix the first 10 dmx?

I just put on a normal Par64 light.
I have tried with different dimmers but it’s something in the software that dose it.
So when I turn the fader on the software to 100% it stays there for 7 sec and then it shuts down.

in FS, go to edit --> Show output and look if FS is doing the behavior you are describing

It shows nothing there.
I see the fader goes to 255 but it stays there like the fader.
But still it shuts down after 7 sec, but the faders and the nr 255 on the output stays the same.

I think you have problems with the comunication between the interface and the dimmer... have you tried other interface?? Like using an enttec open and tried other like the pro or other manufacture?? Or you have problems in the usb cable... Ohh yes some day i lost 3 hours to find that... the usb cable didn't work correct.

Then it has nothing to do with Freestyler, but everything with your USB interface, cabling or lights.
So check that.

Forgot to mention that FreeStyler has a refresh rate setting for some interfaces, maybe yours.
Try setting it faster, that may resolve your problem. As Onge says, I think this can have something to do with it.

If FreeStyler has that setting for your interface, then you will find it in the select interface dialog in FreeStyler.
If its not there, then its not.
