I have used the Pixeltrack pro from Skytec few times earlier. (link)

As far as I have seen for now, it has more different DMX channel setups, up to 160 channel mode.
Don't know if this is an advantage for you and the way you plan to use the unit.

looks cool alright, but its more expensive. and yes, i think its a overkill to buy this... i want to use led bars to make some effects on stage, light up some walls and change colors. maybe use it to disco light.. a little bit of everything actually

I have PAr cans to light up the stage and band. the LED bar's purpose should only be to make some light effects.

should i be worried that the red light is 1/3 less powerful than blue and green?

I do not have any experience with the unit in question, and the only RGB bar I have VERY limited experience of are these http://www.pixelrange.com/pixelrange/product_1044.htm

Have a look at the pixel-line stuff but it may be over your budget.

actually, the price i mentioned was for two LED's = 256.63 EUR not included tax ( we dont pay tax in Denmark when we are a organization), so the price is almost the same.

the angle for the EUROLITE bar is 30 degreees... i thinks thats okay if i will use the light both as a wash and as an effect, dont you think?

thank you all for the comments and suggestions.

the Pixel Track and pixel range look cool but way over my budget. I have ordered two of the Eurolite LED bars and cant wait to play whit these two.

I have already made the fixture file and will upload it as soon I have tested it. I will let you know how I think the LED bar is like
