A Couple Questions about creating sequences

Greetings all,

I, like many am new to this. I'm using Enntec's OpenDMX on a thinkpad T42, running the latest version of Freestyler. I've noticed a few things that I can't figure out how I'm fouling things up.

My general workflow is, create sequences, add to que, test, and revise. I am care full about exiting the que prior to editing any sequences. Every now and then however, when making changes to or even adding a sequence, all my changes indicate an over-ride and nothing is modified in the sequence. The sequence editor is not in offline mode. The only thing that seems to cure it is closing and re-starting free-styler. What would cause this?

The other thing that has happened, is in the middle of all this, freestyler I seem to have somehow changed where freestyler looks for all of my sequences. When I go to open a sequence, the dialog box is empty. However when browse to the chases folder, they are all still there.

Any help is appriciated greatly
Thank You
-Ryan

I had this issue to only I did'nt need to restart FS, just reopening the sequence editor while the cue screen is closed was enough.
In the next version of FS this problem is solved, and better yet, while sequences are running from the cue, you actually can create a new sequence or edit an existing one.
Since I'm not the developer I don't know when this next version to be released, but I guess it will come pretty soon.
Raph is working out some other issues I and other users have brought in, so we'll have to wait for that.
