Hi there,
Sorry this might sound really thick and a dum question to most of you! I cant seem to get my Magic 3d easy view working. Its says that there no USB DMX interface connected, But there is.
I am using the Enttec pro. Doses Magic 3d easy view work with this hardware?
Also just to let you kno Im a beginner in all this lighting game so go easy on me. I am following the tutorials on freestyler on youtude posted by DJ MM, Cheers MM!!!

This is totally a beginner question, but do i have to have a DMX controller plugged in to us the Magic 3D? i was just playing around with FS and don't have my DMX contoller yet and i cannot get the magic 3D icon on the tool bar to be available. it is grayed out. I down loaded the magic 3D and installed it but i can't get it to open either. any help is appreicated. I am a total newbie. Thanks

The easy viewer has to be in same directory as Freestyler.. I will recommend to reinstall Freestyler and remember to set a check mark that you want easy viewer installed as well. then it should work
