Hi,

Firstly, I am only competent using computers with plug and play hardware or simple install programs without major configuration.

I purchased a usb-dmx dongle with Freestyler software. I have installed FS and the Art Net program but I cannot for the life of me work out how to configure ArtNet at all. It seems quite complex, requiring me to install a VPN etc.. Is there a simple way to configure it and is there a guide that is relevant. Better still can you output through the dongle without using ArtNet?
