This is an old fixture, but still works quite well. I spent hours looking up the manual so I coul create a fixture, but the manual either doesn't supply the proper info, or I just have no idea what I am looking at.

From that manual:

DMX Controlled Mode
Motorhead™ occupies five DMX channels:
1st channel - pan
2nd channel - tilt
3rd channel - color
4th channel - gobo
5th channel - dimmer

With this information you should be able to create your own fixture. (you'll need to try out wich values are wich colors (and gobos))
