help to build a fixture file for led ball (rapid global chinese)

Hi there,
i´m looking for help to build a fixture for a led effect ball.
I tried it with similar fixures i´ve found for that ball but it does not work.
Also i tried to build a fixture by myself with the dmx informations in user manual but
there is no reaction in freestyler. Here is a link to the product:

May someone can help me to put in the right informations in the right field of fixture creator?
I´m new in programming dmx fixtures, so i don´t know if the informations from manufacturer are
wrong or if i make a mistake by put in this informations in fixture creator.
