Hi!

I have some problems with freestyler.
We use 12 Studio Due Giants, 1 6ch Dimmer and a smokemachine for our liveshow.
I Finaly got everything up and running with the 3d visualizer.
But i have some serious problems with the shutter on the heads.
I can´t get the shutter to be open, it strobeing in different speeds.

If someone can help me over skype i will be more then happy!

Hi,

Are you saying that the shutter will only open when in strobe mode and not when you click "open"?? If this is the case then you need to download the new 3D BETA view version

Just to let you know that there is a .zip file in the files when you download the new BETA version, this will need to be extracted before you can use it other it will keep crashing on you. If you need help on this or are stuck PM me and I'll be more than happy to help. Good luck
