ARTNET controller problems

Hi,
please i need help with this controller

It's connected directly to pc
network is configures like: artnet configurator is finding this DMX-Workshop is showing that controller is working Freestyler config panel is like this: but freestyler is in error: ERROR INITIALIZING ARTNET
please, help me.
