Color window doesn't work

I have 8 channel RGBW led pars. I can adjust everything with the sliders but under the Window button the color option doesn't bring up the color pallette.
First thing to check is to see which box is checked in the Color window: FULL, MEDIUM, BASIC. Make sure FULL is checked.
If the above does not resolve your issue then please use the EXPORT function of the Fixture Creator to export the fixture definition. Please attach the exported file to this thread. I may know the issue but need to see the fixture definition.
