I can find this fixture with different names, and on youtube I can find different videos about it, it looks quite popular, and interesting since it's not expensive but effective.

Attached is an update to the fixture definition created by Robson. I've added RGB channels, the intensity channel and the strobe channel. Robson's fixture had these of course. My addition just makes available the helpful programming windows. After you select the instrument, in the menu click on Window -> All.
