Hi, I can find this lamp on Aliexpress with name 6 Arms 6in1 RGBW LED Moving Head
as well as amazon wiht name ARTGOS Dj Lights, LED 10X10W 6 Head
This fixture offers intersting light effects with cheap price, thsi is why I suppose it became popular and somebody uses it with Freestyler, so before work on create fixture I would ask if it is available already, thank you!
It has 4 central rotating X LEDs RGBW + 6 perimetral rotating X+Y LEDs RGBW, 22 channels
