Pan & Tilt not enabled

I using Freestyler last versions, but the pan & tilt and couple more buttons are not enabled. What should I do to have them actve?
I ran a test in 4.1.7 and it worked for me.
Note that the buttons will not be active until you select a fixture that has pan/tilt defined in the fixture definition.
