some lights stay on after stopping a sequence

I have a problem with some lights staying on after stopping a sequence. I have to go in and manually turn them off or start and stop the sequence a few times until they shut off. This is shown in 3d and I have tried it without physical lights hooked up

That could be a bunch of things. typically the next sequence you play has to have those lights dimmer sliders set all the way off and on snap or fade, not the red open when you are in the sequence creator. you could also try having the blue arrow in the cue list grayed out that is for "restoring values"
