Velleman DMX Causing Dimmers to flicker

Hi

I have 3 Transcension BOTE40 dimmer packs and a Velleman DMX controller, and a PC running FreeStyler.

Whenever I dim the lights using DMX control they flicker at about 25Hz (at varying degrees, and not at full power), however, in both manual control by the dimmer, and in the Velleman DMX's standalone test mode, they work fine and are flicker free

Does anyone have a solution?

EDIT: I have tested all cabling and checked soldering and the dimmers work fine.
