Select some fixtures with ASCII TCP/IP

Hi,
i want select with tcp/ip some individual fixtures
I can select by group, by odd/even, i can get status selected/unselected
But, how i select eg. first and last fixture?
I see video with android app (who can do it) but i dont have android device, only ios device.
