I dint use long time freestyler, and have problem that i have encounter before 10 years, but i cnt remember how i solve it.

Problem is: on any dmx channel of any fixture works correct up to 50 %, after that get mad.
Exsample: move pan movinghead, until 50 % ot goes smooth, after 50% to 100% he start spinning arround or move in another direction. When i monitor dmx output, digits of channel increase smooth from 001 - 255

Im stuck because i have second laptop where i install long time ago freestyler, and there works normally.

Booth laptops are win10, i even reinstall version freestyler to working laptop version, all setup inside freestyler is identical, and same generic ficture for test is there. Same dmx box, long time ago i buy it, noname ebay china, work with entec open dmx.

In mist i remeber i solve that issue on some old laptop before 10+ years (was winXP) like change keyboard layout or windows compatibility mod. I try do it now but not work.

Do i miss some installation for windows like microsoft net framework specific version or similar stuff?

It is not dmx box or ficture issue, since all work in one laptop but not in second.

Update: problem still not solved, used another official dmx box - Enttec usb pro mk2

So i need to install somewhere in small Television Enttec, and there i will be use freestyler because techitians there are not skill, and will be create programs and simple hotkeys dumb press for them.
Again i try freestyler and 2 boxes, in my private laptop and corporate laptop. In corporate laptop freestyler works with old and new version freestyler, with Enttec or cheap chinesse dmx box. In private laptop not work with any version or any dmx box. Booth laptops have same windows, same microsoft net framework, only difference is, not-workin-laptop i buy from Germany and have different keyboard layout. Can there be problem? Still from any dmx channel in range from 128-255 device channel goes mad

sounds like a bad or corrupted fixture file. Try exporting fixture file from working PC. Delete fixture file on non working then install exported fixture file

That thing didnt help,
in meantime i try other things, like delete freestyler and install on all machines new version, deleted also fixture that i create for some chinesse moving heads, or old F.A.L. hurricane scanners.
So fresh installation on: working laptop, nonworking laptop and PC for test; result - freestyler works on before working laptop and that new PC, but on new laptop with German keyboard and english Win10 not work correct (129-255 not work, when i monitoring dmx output, freestyler see it like normal like need to be)
