ADJ 5P Hex Issues

Hi all,
I've looked around for any info but can't seem to find anything related.
I have 2 ADJ 5P Hex lights, both in 8 channel mode. For some reason the shutter channel is behaving differently between them both.
When I channel 8 to 40 (which should be open) one turns on, one turns off. If I set it to 15 (which should be off) one turns on and the other off.
Does anybody know if these have different firmware versions? I've fixed it for now by creating a separate fiture file for the "odd" one - but it's not ideal!
