The pictures aren't helpful as can't make them bigger, please post a pdf of the manual if possible.

Attached is a fixture file for the ST-601.
As is so often the case the user manual does not specify the colors, gobo patterns and the associated dmx values. The channels are in the fixture and labeled but there is no color wheel or gobo wheel. If this information is supplied then then fixture file can be updated.
