Fixture for Intimidator Hybrid 140sr

I accquired a pair of Intimidator Hybrid 140sr but i have no idea where to start in the making of a fixture, so if somebody can share a template for this moving head, i´ll appreciate it. I have uDMX interface and Freestyler 3.4.6 installed on my PC.
