Chauvet Intimidator Spot 360 not working

I have 20 light fixtures connected and programmed via FreeStyler working flawlessly. Recently I've purchased a pair of Chauvet Intimidator Spot 360 moving heads and I can not get them to connect at all. DMX channel selected, number of channels set, fixture created using Fixture Creator but these moving heads do not even connect. No LED indicating DMX connection. I am using Enttec Open USB interface and I have other Chauvet fixtures working fine with it. I've seen a few posts where people couldn't get FreeStyler to work with Spot 350 but no one had mentioned Spot 360. Please help! I have a wedding next week and I need to get them to work.

for me in similar situations, I would load a generic fixture file with the right number of channels and play with all the sliders going by the fixture manual first to see if it is a problem with the fixture file, the only other thing I would think is a setting on the light is not letting it accept the dmx signal.

sometimes lights are set in wrong modes sometimes certain dmx values operate or activate certain things like perrip says you can create a generic fixture but you can also use the one you've all ready made, extend the right hand sliders and generally move them around, does the light do anything? The most common check is the first and 4th or any of the first 4 channels control pan and tilt (and 16bit PT) if your light doesn't pan and tilt then the light itself is the problem (or cables) if the dmx box works on other lights with the same cables then again its the light and its setup...
