Confusing Phantom Fixture

I ran into a very confusing issue with Fixture Creator. When I started it I saw 4 fixtures that I created. The problem was there were only 3 files in the Fixture directory. FC showed 2 of these with the same "Fixture" name, but putting the cursor over the entries shows the filename of one of them is xxxxxxx II.fxt. At one point I had copied the original .fxt and named the copy xxxxxxx II, so it had existed, but I had deleted the file. I could not find the file anywhere in the Fixture directory, or anywhere else in the Freestyler directory. I was VERY confused.
So I searched ALL of the C: drive. What I found was the xxxxxx II.fxt file was in C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\FreeStyler\Fixtures. What ???? I deleted it from there and it was finally gone from FC. I find that very confusing. Given there is no way to delete a fixture from FC, what the user winds up with is a phantom fixture. Not sure what the objective of using VirtualStore is, but I would ask that some type of indication of where the file actually be made.
Thanks
Jack
(I read this https://www.networkinghowtos.com/howto/ ... -location/ and now understand why. Still confusing though.)
