Touchscreen mode

Hello
How about to make it possible to insert Win buttons into the touchscreen mode ?
I think it would be smart to easily beeing able to close program and shutdown PC from one button ... ?
I know there is a shutdown dropdown, but with smaller tablets, this would be nice ?
