I have installed the latest version and all I get when trying is open failed

Entec open
Windows xp

Now I know my dongle is ok as it works on my Vista laptop. Any help please.

sounds like its very highly something to do with your Drivers for the dongle, make sure your windows update hasn't downloaded and installed any automatically and make sure you have the latest and correct drivers from your manufacturers website!

infact I 'had' an enttec open and its most probably your drivers unless you selected enttec pro instead in FS...
