Submaster - how to use Fader to control values of a Chanel?

Hello, I want to control my involight OB350 fixture by submasters.

The fixture is operated in7ch mode,
1st ch.: dimmer,
2,3,4rd ch.: RGB,
5th ch.: programs,
6th ch.: program-speed
7th ch.: strobe

On the first sm I have a list of color-scenes (only RGB values recorded in scenes) and a chaser-scene (5th ch. several program-modes only recorded).

On the fifth sm the dimmer (only dimmer Chanel recorded as one scene at value 255), the dimmer control in sm works fine.

On the 2nd sm I placed the program-speed (only sixth Ch. recorded in one static scene at value 255).

When I run now the chaser-scene in sm 1, it works how it should. now I try to control the speed via the 2nd sm, it actually brings in the programmed value 255 of the 6th. Ch., but I can't control the Chanel with the sm2 fader. Further, when I pull the fader all the way down, the fixture gets unresponsive and only a physical reset of it (tipping mode button on it till Dmx-mode) brings back the controllability.

How can I establish control in the sm over the program-speed via sm fader?
Any clues?

The submaster fader either controls the speed of the sequence I.e multiple steps forming a chase inside the sub-master or the intensity channel of the dimmer channel.

It does not allow the adjustment of any channel parameters.
I do not believe there is a way to control a fixture parameter via a sub-master fader.

What can you do?
rather than using the inbuilt programs of your fixture, if you create your own sequences in freestyler you can then use the speed fader within the sub-masters.

Thanks for the answer. Sadly its very time-consuming to reproduce the program-effects with own sequences and I don't have time at the moment. Further I have other Lights, which I use with auto-program mode (programmed changing Programs in sequence).
Would be a nice feature to have the possibility to assign the fader of a submaster to any Chanel.

It can be done from the "desktop", Select the fixtures and use the faders on the sidebar.
