Ableton via LoopBe FLASH

Hello everyone,
I have a client who wants a flash of lights at every beat.
He send me a midi track with a signal on the kick, with ableton and a driver called "loopbe" I managed to send the notes in freestyler and learn the "next scene" button.
I am pretty new in programming and using freestyler so I need help to how to do the flash on a single note sent. Do I need two notes (on-off) , to create the flash or there is a simpler way to achieve that.
I guess is very easy but I am losing too much time.... please help... thanks
