Moving Head MHLED 90DB need help with fixture

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone had a fixture profile for this light, it is from MS Lighting, I have used Fixture Creator for PARS and edited some moving head fixture profiles, but have never done it from scratch

I worked on it a bit, I am not sure how to deal with the Shutter and Strobe being on the same Channel?
Any Ideas would be appreciated.

Here it is in case anyone else needs it. It is a 16 channel moving head, no name brand I had imported from China, From MS Lighting. The manual is attached at the beginning of the thread
