I can't do the fixture for this effect. can anyone help?

Cool light. I just got a Rockville MotionStrip which is essentially the same thing, although mine has 38 channels instead of 39 and different DMX ordering. I will be working on mine soon. You may be able to modify mine to match your owner's manual.
