Eyourlife 6x10w LED RGBW PAR

(Chinese) Eyourlife 6x10w LED RGBW PAR - also rebranded as Stage Right by Monoprice 6 x 10w Outdoor LED PAR RGBW.
I located a manual through the Monoprice website (not EyourLife). I can't find much info about these and have been attempting to learn how to create a fixture profile and I'm not understanding it. Any help would be appreciated! I would be grateful if someone could perhaps create a fixture file with the info in the PDF manual!
I have also attached a fixture file which I've been attempting to modify that's a user upload of the Eyourlife 54x3w. The channels appear to be different but there looks like similarities.
