Could you please elaborate? Is the user manual for the correct light? Do you understand how to use the RGB segments? What are the DMX output channel values?

Please check the physical configuration of your instrument. The fixture definition I created was for the 28 channel mode. If your instrument is not configured as 28 channel this may be the problem. Also please verify that the address configured in the instrument matches the address specified in Freestyler.
Using the virtual interface I see the expected output on all the DMX channels.
Please paste a snapshot of the OUTPUT window and specify the address range and what you were expecting the light to do.

Another question. Were you testing using a submaster? If so was the intensity fader in the submaster moved higher than 0?
