BeamZ S1800

BeamZ S1800 Fog Machine
I have a BeamZ S1500, which is pretty much the same thing regarding the fixture file, but I can't get it to respond to any command.
The dip switches are correctly configured, the fixture file is correct, yet nothing happens. Any ideas?
